We would like to apologize for your recent experience. I would be thankful if someone here gives me a solution I even took it to the service center but those people aren't willing to even look into the matter and they were very rude to talk to they could not give me a solution. I am facing a ghost touch issue on my phone for the last few weeks and it got really irritating thought the September update would solve it but it didn't.
